E-spying on Potential Candidates

This is a subject that I have been dying to write about with the coming of the Facebooks, MySpace, YouTube etc. I am going to coin this as E-Spying. I have been doing recruiting for well over 12 years and I guess I wish this option was available then BUT is it really fair? (See some of the votes on our New Media Hire blog poll).

Careers In Sales

Sales careers are varied, from specialist pharmaceutical companies to more the more fast paces FMCG industries.
