For example:When I worked as a Bilingual PA in the Mortgage Dept HSBC in 2003 (situation), I wrote a Users Manual for Mortgage Applicaton processing (action). This allowed my replacement to take over, without training (result).Â
When I worked as a Business English trainer at AAA Presentations from 2004 to 2007 (situation), I authored a Best Practises for Learning Business English (action). This allowed my students to take more ownership of their language acquisition (result). Â
When I worked as a Sales Coach in the BDG at Oracle in 2008 (situation), I scripted a Sales Script checklist for the Business Development Consultants (action). This allowed the new hirees to be operational faster (result).Â

Step 2:Â Study your success stories for patterns.
For example:

Step 3:Â Give a name to the pattern, aka your strength.
For example:
One of my strengths, is that I am fascinated by identifying, documenting and streamlining "best practises".
